Our Smoked German Liver Pâté stands out from the classic German Liver Pâté thanks to its intense flavor. Its extra creamy texture makes it easy to spread on bread, rolls, or crackers.
This rich taste and smooth consistency come from a unique manufacturing process: the liver pâté is filled into a natural pork casing and then gently cooked in hot water. Afterwards, it is smoked for several hours, giving it its distinct flavor.
Proudly made locally in Kaohsiung, our Smoked German Liver Pâté combines German craftsmanship with traditional herbs and spices imported from Germany.
Preparation:
Use the unfrozen Smoked German Liver Pâté as a spread on your favorite bread or fresh baguettes. You can top it with onion rings or chives. No cooking required.
Ingredients:
Pork, pork casing, pork liver (30%), onion, salt, spices, dextrose, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), nitrite.

Storage Instructions:
Refrigerate after opening and consume within 5 days. The frozen sausages last 6 months.
