The mixture of natural herbs and spices gives this sausage it’s authentic and distinctive look and taste. Enjoy it traditionally with Bautz’ner mustard and German style bread rolls. Alternatively, this sausage can be eaten together with German Sauerkraut (fermented cabbage) and various potato side dishes such as mashed potatoes or fried potatoes.

 

Preparation:

Grill the unfrozen sausages on a hot BBQ or fry on medium-high level with some oil for several minutes until both sides are golden brown.

Pork, water, salt, spices, glucose, sodium phosphate, garlic.

Storage Instructions:

Refrigerate after opening and consume within 5 days. The frozen sausages last 6 months.
