Shipping Fee

Free shipping:

Non-Frozen products (e.g. teas, licorice): NT$999*

Frozen products (e.g. sausages): NT$1999*

*The purchasing value of each order (after using coupon codes) must be equal or higher to enjoy free shipping.


Shipping fee:

No shipping fee if you pick up at our company during business hours. Preferred pickup date and time must be advised through the contact form and confirmed by us.

Non-Frozen products (e.g. teas, licorice): NT$70*

Frozen products (e.g. sausages): NT$160*

*If both, Non-Frozen and Frozen products are purchased in one order, the shipping fee for the Frozen products will be charged if the purchasing value of that order is less than NT$1999.

Delivery

Delivery time:

The purchased products will be shipped as soon as possible after receiving an order. Please note that the delivery may take longer during public holidays/festivals such as Chinese New Year, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Double 11 Day, New Year's Eve, etc.


Delivery area:

As of now, all orders are shipped within Taiwan.

Order Process

  1. Add the product and desired quantity that you want to buy to the cart by clicking on the “Add to cart” button.
  2. Click on the cart symbol then “View cart” to see an overview of the products and quantities you want to purchase or proceed with the shopping process. Complete your purchase by clicking on the “Checkout” button.
  3. Note: On both pages, Cart and Checkout, you can enter a coupon code and choose the shipping method.
  4. Please fill in your billing details incl. full name, address, phone number, email address, and payment method.
  5. Note: You may create a customer account for our online shop which speeds up the checkout process on your next order.
  6. Confirm that you agree with our Shop Policy and click on the "Place order" button.
  7. After receipt of the payment we will ship the order within one business day (Monday-Friday).

Payment

You can pay with credit card or use Direct Bank Transfer to pay for your purchases. Enjoy a 2% discount on your order if you choose Direct Bank Transfer as payment method. Cash payment with 2% discount is available if you choose Pick-Up as delivery method.

Returns

Please note that perishable products are excluded from the seven-day appreciation period according to law and consequently cannot be returned or exchanged.


Returning damaged goods:

After receiving the purchased products, it is your responsibility to check if the order is complete, correct, and in good conditions. If the product is damaged due to non-human factors, or the package is damaged during transportation, please take a photo of it, save it, and inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order. In such case, please send an email to hello@littleeurope.tw and provide us with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Name and phone number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos that clearly show the defects of the product

Any costs for returns need to be covered by yourself unless it is agreed otherwise in advance.


Returns are not accepted if:

  • The damage of the products is not reported to us within 24 hours after receiving the goods.
  • The products have been opened.
  • The products are returned to us without any reason.
