The “Spicy German Bratwurst” is for you, if you like sausages with a stronger flavor and a bit of spiciness. It was created after receiving lots of feedback from Taiwanese people with the wish for a spicy version of the Classic German Bratwurst. Its hot, but not too hot.

The sausage is produced locally in Kaohsiung with 100% selected Taiwan pork. Besides natural herbs and spices, a good amount of garlic is added to give this “Spicy German Bratwurst” its authentic and distinctive look and taste. Enjoy it traditionally with Bautz’ner mustard and German style bread rolls.

Preparation:

Grill the unfrozen sausages on a hot BBQ or fry on medium-high level with some oil for several minutes until both sides are golden brown.

Ingredients:

100% selected Taiwan pork, water, salt, spices, phosphate, garlic, sodium glutamate.

Scope of Delivery:

1 package Spicy German Bratwurst. 1 package contains 14 sausages with a total weight of 1330 g.

Storage Instructions:

Refrigerate after opening and consume within 5 days. The frozen sausages last 6 months.
