Details:
Kassler is a traditional German dish made from cured and smoked pork. The name “Kassler” is derived from a German term for a person who prepares and sells smoked meat products. The preparation involves curing the meat with a mixture of salt, sugar, and various herbs and spices, followed by smoking. The smoking process imparts a distinctive smoky flavor to the pork. It is often enjoyed as a main dish accompanied by sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, or a mustard sauce.
Our German “Kassler Smoked Ham” is proudly produced locally in Kaohsiung from pork and seasoned with a mix of spices.
