These German sourdough bread rolls bring the authentic taste and texture of traditional European baking right into your home. Each artisan roll is crafted with a natural sourdough starter and a special blend of high-quality flours. A touch of butter and a hint of sugar create the ultimate texture: a thin, crispy crust with a soft, fluffy interior.
Our rolls are handcrafted in small batches by the renowned artisan bakery “Reel Sourdough” in Tianmu, Taipei.
The “German Sourdough Bread Roll” goes perfectly with all our German sausages and also makes a great breakfast when combined with our Mettenden, Bologna, Liverpate, or your favorite jam or spread.
Preparation:
Unfreeze first. Then bake for around 3-4 minutes in the oven at 180 °C for a great crust.
