Last weekend, the Tianmu Beer Festival 2023 was a really great event, as vendors from many different countries gathered to offer their food and, of course, beer. The number of visitors was huge despite the short but heavy afternoon rain on Saturday and the high temperatures on both days.
Both environmental factors couldn't stop the visitors from lining up at our booth to get their hands on our freshly grilled, authentic German sausages. All three flavors that we offered (Classic, Spicy, and Chicken) were well received.
Those with lots of appetite ordered our "Sausage Set" which includes one of each of the sausages, one bread roll, and a portion of Sauerkraut. Mustard and ketchup were added to the plate as sauces. Besides the set, we also offered single sausages on a bread roll topped with sauerkraut and mustard.
The German savory sausages were beautifully complemented by refreshing draft beer, also available at our Little Europe booth.
