Details:

The Chicken Bratwurst Set is perfect for a small BBQ party or meal for 2 to 4 people. The Chicken Bratwurst Set includes 1 package of Chicken German Bratwurst and 1 bag of German Crusty Bread Roll. The sausages can be grilled on a BBQ, fried in a frying pan, or baked in an air fryer. The unfrozen bread can be baked in an oven or air fryer for 1-2 minutes. If this combination is too dry, then you can add some sauerkraut or your favorite sauce. As Germans we usually just add some Bautz’ner mustard. That’s it!

What sets this sausage apart from our other sausage types?

The Chicken Curry Bratwurst is made with chicken meat and a light blend of curry spices. Despite it’s name, there is also pork oil and pork casing used in this sausage to give it its rich flavor.

 

Preparation:

Chicken German Sausage: Grill the unfrozen sausages on a hot BBQ, bake it in an air fryer, or fry in a frying pan on medium-high level with some oil for several minutes until both sides are golden brown.

German Crusty Bread Roll: Unfreeze first. Then eat directly or bake it for around 1-2 minutes in the oven or air fryer at 160 °C.

 

Ingredients:

Chicken German Bratwurst: Chicken, pork, water, pork casing (France), salt, spices, dextrose, phosphates, monosodium glutamate.

German Crusty Bread Roll: Wheat flour, water, butter, salt, sugar, yeast.

 

Scope of Delivery:

1 set Chicken Bratwurst Set. 1 set contains 1 package of Chicken German Bratwurst and 1 package of German Crusty Bread Roll.

 

Storage Instructions:

Chicken German Sausage: Refrigerate after opening and consume within 5 days. The frozen sausages last 12 months in the freezer.

German Crusty Bread Roll: Store in the freezer at -18°. Eat as soon as possible after opening.
