If you have asked yourself, "What is this Little Europe website and store all about?" and "Who is behind it?"

Well...

We are a team of Germans who live in Taiwan.

Eckart, the founder of our company, came to Taiwan in 2001 for the first time and worked as an engineer for the Taiwan High Speed Rail construction project. He quickly became a fan of Taiwanese people, food, and culture. Inevitably, he came back to Taiwan many times to visit, moved to Taipei in 2017 and started the company Engycon Ltd.

Florian and Max moved to Taiwan and joined the team in 2020.

Besides ongoing consulting and trading projects for clients in Europe, we felt it's time to offer authentic, high-quality products from Europe here in Taiwan. Especially things that are hard to find.

So, we started in 2021 with Swedish licorice. Shortly after, we offered authentic German sausages at events like the German Christmas market and the Europe festival. The feedback from our customers was overwhelming.
The Little Europe Project was born!

For our German sausages and meat products, we cooperate with professional sausage maker Pascal from "German Soul" Kaohsiung. Since 2014, he has been producing the best original German bratwurst on the island.
German bread rolls are baked here in Taipei. And we produce our delicious traditional sauerkraut all by ourselves.

We test and hand-pick all of our products because quality and deliciousness are most important. We deliver island-wide within a few days all over Taiwan. You can also order with same-day delivery in the Taipei area (with Lalamove) or come to our office to pick up your order in person.
