Hey everyone! We are excited to share something new that just landed in our online store: the BBQ Banger Bratwurst!

We have been working on creating the new German sausage for a long time, trying to find that ideal balance of texture and flavor. What we ended up with is this amazing bratwurst that borrows the best bits from Thüringer and Nürnberger recipes. It's got that familiar, comforting flavor, but with a slightly coarser texture and less salt content that makes every bite really satisfying.

We had it recently with German sauerkraut, mustard from Germany, and our original German bread roll, which was really great! Of course, you can also eat it with your favorite potato dish, such as mashed potatoes, and also add your favorite vegetables.

The BBQ Banger Bratwurst is slimmer than most of our other German sausages because it is in a natural sheep casing. This makes them quick to cook! Whether you’re firing up the grill, using a frying pan, or even an air fryer, you can have a delicious, satisfying meal ready in no time.

In a nutshell:

• You get 3 sausages in a pack (around 270g).
• It is a mix of Thüringer & Nürnberger sausage spices.
• Enjoy with sauerkraut, potatoes, or in a bread roll.
• Lower salt content compared to the other sausages.
• Slightly coarser than the Thüringer Bratwurst.
• Can be stored in the freezer for one year.
• Eat them within five days after opening.
