Cooking method #1: Air Fryer

Step 1

Place the frozen pork knuckle in the air fryer

Step 2

Pre-heat the air fryer at 180 °C for 5 min.

Step 3

Bake the pork knuckle at 180 °C for 30 min.

Step 4

The pork knuckle is done when the skin is crispy

Step 5

Cut the pork knuckle into slices and serve

Step 6

Eat it together with sauerkraut and mustard

Optional: Place alu foil or baking paper below the pork knuckle to collect its fat.

Cooking method #2: Oven

Step 1

Pre-heat the oven at 180 °C for 5 min.

Step 2

Set the oven to "top and bottom heat"

Step 3

Place the frozen pork knuckle in the oven

Step 4

Put a tray or bowl underneath to collect its fat

Step 5

Bake the pork knuckle at 180 °C for 60 min.

Step 6

Spin it around and bake for another 30 min.
